We recently reached our 5th anniversary and concluded a lot of our success is down to paying close attention to what the alternative asset management industry needs, not what we think it wants. Then interpreting that need into operational due diligence services – tailored investor (Allocator) due diligence, service provider due diligence, helping investment managers pass ODD reviews (Therapy) and creating an ODD report solution.
Our passion to continue to deliver solutions for clients has recently led us to join forces with Wemyss Advisors, led by the highly experienced Jaime Arguello with whom perfORM co-founder, James Newman, worked with at Barclays Wealth for more than 5 years.
With over 20 years of experience of working directly with investment managers, having allocated up to £40bn for institutional clients and HNWIs, Jaime has curated and honed an investment due diligence (“IDD”) process across all asset classes and implemented IDD across hundreds of funds and strategies globally.
Many investment consultants lack buy side experience and the tremendous number of hours, and countless meetings, Jaime has acquired over the years. It is an extraordinary wealth of experience that many institutions, family offices and investment managers can now tap into.
