It is 5 years since perfORM was founded – and three years since it became a JTC Group company.
James and I launched our services around this time in 2019 – the venture had been years in the making as our professional networks had repeatedly encouraged us to launch a dedicated operational due diligence services firm to address weaknesses and populate voids in the market via offering a more flexible, practitioner-led ODD service, combined with a cost-effective delivery and business model.
We are so proud to now be a team of 12 (London, Geneva, NYC & Hong Kong) with over 125 years of combined ODD experience (garnered from working for Allocators including: Barclays Wealth; JP Morgan; UBS; and Blackrock). None of this would have been possible without our trusted and diligent team… we believe any business is only as good as the collective parts and our success demonstrates our symbiotic business. A big, big thank you to the team!
We are humbled by the response to our vision of offering ODD solutions to Allocators, Investment Managers and Service Providers – representing over 50 clients this year, including some of world’s most sophisticated and institutional Allocators. It’s amazing to think well over 250 ODD reviews have been completed since the start of 2023 alone.
